The MYTHICAL 2022 vintage continues the legacy of this Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from Aaron Pott's favorite Napa vineyards.
The 2021 MYTHICAL Cabernet Sauvignon featured three mountain vineyards - Mt. Veeder, Atlas Peak, and Howell Mt. This new vintage adds two Valley floor vineyards to the blend - Rutherford and Oakville - for a plush seductive layer on the structured mountain fruit.
Pleasurable now in its youth, this wine will benefit from cellaring - its depth and complexity will unfold over time, promising rich layers of flavor and intrigue with every bottle.
Tasting Notes from Aaron Pott:
Attack of rhubarb, plum, cherry with nice balance and lively acidity.
Dense mid palate with present tannins, blackberry, coffee. Very approachable now but will age to perfection.
A very long finish of cherry, plum, tar and crushed strawberries.
