At MYTHICAL, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional wines that inspire and delight. If you’re not completely satisfied with any wine you receive, please reach out to us at info@mythicalwine.com within a year of purchase, and we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or credit.
Despite our best efforts to ensure safe delivery, wine bottles can sometimes arrive damaged. If this happens, just get in touch, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We’re happy to replace or credit any wines purchased directly from MYTHICAL Wine as long as they are still available. Unfortunately, we cannot replace wines purchased from other retailers or restaurants.
In rare cases, we reserve the right to limit returns if we believe the policy is being misused.
