The inaugural MYTHICAL 2021 vintage is a captivating expression of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, meticulously crafted from Aaron Pott’s most cherished hillside vineyards. A union of Mt. Veeder, Atlas Peak, and Howell Mountain fruit, this limited offering of only 100 cases showcases the power and finesse of these elevated sites.
Structured and bold, the wine exudes dark fruit and earthy undertones, with a thread of minerality that speaks to its mountain origins. Native yeast fermentation and aging in 100% French oak lend nuanced layers of spice and oak sweetness, promising to reward those with the patience to cellar. While impressive now, the wine will continue to evolve, revealing greater complexity and a deeper sense of place with time.
